Neil Patrick Harris To Host 67th Tony Awards At Radio City Music Hall

Beloved actor and star Neil Patrick Harris will be back to host the Tony Awards this June for -a soon to be spectacular- fourth time.
Harris previously graced the stage as the Tony's host for the 63rd, 65th and 66th Annual Tony Awards.

"I'm very excited to be back hosting the Tony Awards at the legendary Radio City Music Hall. It'll be more impressive than ever - if my math is correct, it will be 267 times bigger than last year," Harris said in a statement according to Playbill. "Oh, wait. No, that can't... hold on... carry the one... I'm awful at math. But rest assured, the show will rock!"

Neil Patrick Harris shall also act as producer.

Harris is best known for his current role as Barney Stinson on CBS' sitcom hit show How I Met Your Mother, and will be in the upcoming movies, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 and The Smurfs 2. Harris has received two Emmy Awards in 2010 and was nominated for his work on the CBS series How I Met Your Mother.

Harris has also graced the Broadway stage for Assassins, Proof, and Cabaret.

This year's Special Tony Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Theatre will be presented to Bernard "Bernie" Gersten, Executive Producer of Lincoln Center Theater; Scenic Designer Ming Cho Lee; and Paul Libin, Executive Vice President of Jujamcyn Theatres.

The new play Matilda received a whopping 12 nominations and Kinky Boots received 13 nominations.

The 67th annual Tony awards will be broadcast live by CBS from Radio City Music Hall on June 9.

If you would like to attend the 67th annual Tony awards, tickets are available by calling (866) 858-0008, by going to the Radio City Music Hall box office or online. Tickets are priced at $275 or $475, with a limit of six per order.
