The Korean remake of the famous US TV series "Entourage" will be aired in nine different countries in the Asia. TvN announced that "Entourage" starring Seo Kang-joon (Cheese in the Trap) Park Jung-min (You're All Surrounded), Lee Kwang-soo (Dear My Friends), and Lee Dong-hwi (Answer Me 1988) and Jo Jin-woong (Signal) will be showed in Japan and China.
According to Drama Beans, "Entourage" Korean will be aired in China's popular online media outlet Tencent Video at the same time as the Korean live broadcast. While in Japan, it will be aired a week later on Mnet Japan.
Allkpop reported that in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Australia, the show will be aired with a 3-day delay on tvN Asia. This is the first time a Korean drama has had such a wide release as a broadcast.
The HBO TV series was about an up and coming actor who brought his friends to experience the life of a star. It revolves around their luxurious lives and also the inside look of the entertainment industry. With the Korean remake, it will be about hot celeb Young-bin, played by Seo Kang-joon and his crew with his always-worried and very hot headed manager.
tvN has also released two teasers before the showing of the new TV series. The first one showed Seo Kangjoon and his friends enjoying the high life on a yacht, a club, and attending the Busan International Film Festival. Despite his manager lookingtired and had enough, they continued doing whatever they want. The second teaser shows more of Seo Kangjoon's character. How he is such a happy-go-lucky guy and how he has actor's disease.
There are many artists, singer, and other celebrities who are lined up to make a cameo on the Korean TV drama. It includes Song Ji-hyo, director Lee Jun-ik, girl group MAMAMOO, Kang Haneul, Kim Sung-kyun, and Ha Jung-woo.
