Member of Apink girl group Yoon Bomi tells her secret to keep in good shape and looking thin. On one occassion she confidently revealed her weight which surprised many people, especially fans, as she look thinner than her actual weight.
Bomi shares her secret during an interview with an SBS Power FM Radio interview on Oct. 20 with her entire group as reported by Yes! Today News. She said that she worked out really hard to prepare comeback of Apink with their personal trainer hired by their management. As a result she loss 7 kg (15 lbs) subsequently.
Meanwhile her bandmate Jung Eunji confirmed that Bomi worked realy hard to lose her weight to prepare the comeback and come back in shape. While her other bandmate Kim Nam-Joo revealed that she do ballet to keep in good shape.
Bomi who looks cute and pretty is actually a third degree black belt in taekwondo. She once joined the training camp and trained with other athlete to represent Korea for international competition. Therefore, it is not something new for her to exercise and work out.
She is also very confident about her look and weight. Last March in an interview with My Daily per Naver, Bomi revealed her actual weight was 54 kg (119 lbs). Her weight is normal, because some girls who forced themselves to lose weight aimed to 45 kg (99 lbs) of weight, which make them looks skeletal and bony.
Apink is a girl group formed in 2011 by Cube Entertainment agency. Originally the group was consist of seven members. but in 2013 one of the member Yoo-kyung announce her resignation from the group.
Now, the remaining member of Apink are Bomi, Eunji, Nam-Joo, Park Cho-rong, Oh Ha-Young and Son Na-eun. The group is known for their girly look and appearance that differentiate them from other girl groups who focus on sexy and seductive look.
The band is preparing their comeback and on Sept. 26, they launched their third album "Pink Revolution" with the single"Only One."
