Romantic comedy drama "Fantastic" ends with happy ending for both So-Hye and Hae-Sung in its Episode 16 aired last Saturday, Oct. 22. So-Hye is finally cured from her breast cancer after years of battling the disease.

The final episode is an emotional roller coaster ride for the viewers, as there are many occassions which suggested So-Hye live would end. However, she finally cured from breast cancer and ET News took note that she had to fight the cancer for five years, exactly the same length of time as her friend Hong Jun-Gi.

Its ending suits the drama title according to Top Star News. "Fantastic" is a drama about battling the terminal disease and shortcomings and the success of the characters to overcome both problems suit its title.

Joo Sang-Wook and Kim Hyun-Joo are cast as main characters in the drama "Fantastic" that follows the story of Hae-Sung (Joo), a successful Korean actor in China. He had a terrible shortcoming, which is his acting is really bad, as he couldn't get into the character. He returned to Korea to star in drama 'Hitman' written by a famous playwright So-Hye (Kim).

So-Hye was diagnosed with a terminal breast cancer with only six months to live. She expected 'Hitman' to become her last monumental drama before she passed away. Therefore, she opposed the producer's idea to use Hae-Sung as main cast.

Hae-Sung and So-Hye had a romantic relationship in the past that ended sour. Hae-Sung soon learned that cancer medication which So-Hye took, gave her a side effect of temporary delirium.

He patiently stayed by her side as their romance began to rekindle. So-Hye also helped Hae-Sung to develop his acting skill and get into the character.
