Yoo-Jin failed to assasinate his husband's political rival Park Gwan-Soo in “The K2” episode 11. In the following episode, Anna began to remember that she saw Yoo-Jin when her mother was killed.
Je-Ha was one of the JSS team sent to assasinate representative Park Gwan-Soo. After he stood face-to-face with representative Park, the party leader negotiated with Je-Ha to spare him, as summarized by Stoo News. Je-Ha agreed and he called Yoo-Jin about the negotiation.
Yoo-Jin knew that she had the upper hand, so she requested Park to resign from his nomination to allow her husband join the Democratic Party. Representative Park agreed to her request.
Later, representative Park asked Je-Ha to his room and told him that he had already known about his identity as one of the Blackstone agents, since he once used Blackstone agency for his security service. However, Je-Ha didn’t seem surprised at all.
Afterwards, “The K2” Episode 12 began with Jang Se-Joon’s appointment as the Democratic Party’s candidate, according to Park's appointement with Yoo-Jin. However, representative Park still holds a grudge against Yoo-Jin. He promised himself that things were not over before one of them is dead.
Anna finally had the chance to visit her mother’s grave, then she and Yoo-Jin’s brother Sung-Won also visited the man who was sentenced to prison for killing her mother, the famous actress Um Hye-Rin. The convict smiled upon seeing her and reminded her about the night her mother was killed.
She began to remember after the man said that he had seen the real killer when he had broken their house. The real killer is the one who injected the syringe into Uhm Hye-Rin’s neck. He said that Anna knew the man.
Realizing how evil her sister was, Sung-Won tried to expose her. He slowly gathered evidence about Yoo-Jin’s crime. Meanwhile, Yoo-Jin tried to gain public sympathy by admitting Anna is her husband’s daughter. “The K2” will continue its Episodes 13 and 14 on Friday and Saturday, November 4-5 on tvN at 8:00 p.m. KST (GMT+9).
