Block B BASTARZ new single ‘Make it Rain’ produces a very disappointing result

Sub-unit group of the Block B boy group BASTARZ released new album titled “Welcome 2 Baztarz” by the end of October with the new single “Make it Rain” which its lyrics contain many cursed word. For that reason, both the album and single produced a very disappointing result.

The single “Make it Rain” was released on Oct. 31 and many people including their management CJ Entertainment are very surprised with the album and its song lyrics. It contains many cursed words which is considered very rude.

As a result, both album and the single didn’t receive a good welcome from public. The group apologized to its label CJ Entertainment for the failure of the album as reported by Stoo News.

“We apologize to the company for everything," one of the member U Kwon said. “We don’t expect the single to have such a bad reception.”

Despite such disappointing result, they are glad because they are finally able to show their real color in their album as reported by Asia Today.

BASTARZ is a sub-unit of Block B, with three members of the group U Kwon, PO and B- Bomb. U Kwon’s real name is Kim Yu-Kwon, PO’s real name is Pyo Ji-Hoon and B-bomb is Lee Min-Hyuk. They debuted in April 2015 with mini album “Zero Conduct” which received quite a good welcome in Korea.

Their main group Block B was founded in 2011 to become a hip-hop group which resembled Eminem in their lyrics and performance. Due to their harsh lyrics, authorities in Korea put a restriction in their debut single “Do You Wanna B?” and its music video. Afterward, they softened the lyrics and released their first album “New Kids On The Block.”

However, they came back with another harsh lyrics in their second album “Welcome to the Block.” The rebellious attitude from Block B and its members has given them trouble from time to time. Now, it affected the sales of their new album.
