He’s a 1939 Jay-Z lookalike and will make you think that Jay-Z is a time traveler! Assuming he’s not, the man in the image bears a striking resemblance to the Brooklyn native. The photo was taken in Harlem and is part of the collection released by the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture at the New York Public Library.

The photo is titled “Harlem Loiterers” and was taken by photographer Sid Grossman.

The NYPL’s Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture is hoping that someone would know the identity of the main in the picture, according to the New York Post.

The photo which was posted Friday has received more than 200 likes on the center’s Facebook Page.

According to Jeremy Tanner of Pix11, Jay-Z may have sharpened his time travel skills with the help of Nicolas Cage, who was “spotted” in an 1870 image up for sale after it was discovered Thanatos Archive.
