SBS Might Cancel ‘Running Man’ Due To Low Ratings

The popular and long-running show "Running Man" might be cancelled by SBS today.

According to Yibada, SBS has announced that they might cancel "Running Man" and the last episode might air in January next year.

After all the mess that has happened the past few days, the staff and PDs of "Running Man" have come to the decision of cancelling the 7-year-old show.

Last week, many reports like of IBT have surfaced those permanent cast members Song Ji Hyo and Kim Jong Kook have been taken off of the show "Running Man". However, the agencies of the two said that they were kick out of the show without the members knowing beforehand.

There were also reports that Kang Ho Dong will replace the two. However, Kang Ho Dong declined "Running Man's" offer to be on the show. Now, it has been announced that they will cancel the show all in all.

It was first reported that "Running Man" will go through format changes as the show is declining from views. It had many new segments and game but it looks like viewers are not satisfied with those small changes.

Before all of this, it was member Gary who shocked the viewers with the news of his leaving. Gary has announced that he wanted to opt out of the show.

"Running Man" is one of SBS and Korea's long running variety show. It has been on air for seven years now. It also has one of the best cast members. Yoo Jae Suk, Lee Kwang Soo, Haha, Suk Jin, Song Ji Hyo, Kim Jong Kook, and Gary, these seven members have always brought laughter not only to the Korean audience but also worldwide.

Fans of "Running Man" are now sad that the show has come to this. They are voicing out their anger to the new PDs who cost all of the mess.
