2NE1 News: Minzy Hurt After Being Left Out Of Farewell Single, 'Goodbye,' Blackjacks Hope 2NE1 Girls Remain Friends

2NE1 fans have a hard time accepting that their favorite Kpop girl band is no more. However, it seems like the members of 2NE1 also have a hard time saying goodbye. One of 2NE1's former member, Gong Minzy, has specifically expressed her feelings regarding the disbandment issue.

2NE1's final farewell single, "Goodbye," is in the center of Minzy's Instagram post. According to Billboard, although Minzy was part of the official promotional picture for the 2NE1's "Goodbye" single, she was not aware that the group was releasing a new recording.

"It's a shame that I had to find out 2NE1 will be releasing their final album through a news article," wrote Minzy. "This is very unfortunate as I was previously a member of the group 2NE1," she added. To make things clear, "Goodbye" is not an album but a single from 2NE1.

Minzy was the youngest member of 2NE1 and she was the first to depart from the group in April 2016 as her contract ended with YG Entertainment. 2NE continued to perform as a trio, with only Sandara Park, CL and Park Bom left.

However, things went downhill when YG Entertainment announced the disbandment of 2NE1 in Novemeber 2016. The remaining members of 2NE1 recently announced this month that they will be releasing one last single, "Goodbye" as a tribute and apology to all their fans.

The fans of 2NE1, popularly known as Blackjacks, have showed their support to Minzy, who has shared that she was hurt when she learned that she was not part of 2NE1's final "Goodbye." However, despite of being excluded from 2NE1's "Goodbye," Minzy still thanked all the fans for their continued and unwavering support. The fans of 2NE1 are hopeful that everything is just a big misunderstanding and that Minzy, Dara, CL and Park Bom will still remains as friends.
