If anybody has the right to be slightly jealous of Beyonce's success, it would be Kelly Rowland. Since Destiny's Child went on indefinite hiatus, Beyonce has had countless No. 1 hits and sold-out tours. Kelly Rowland has churned out a couple of hits on her own and done the rounds as a judge on music competition shows in the U.K., but her career is night and day compared to Beyonce's. In her latest single "Dirty Laundry", Kelly owns up to being envious of the woman she calls her "sister" and said Beyonce's success even made Rowland contemplate her own music career.

The track, which is the latest single from Rowland's upcoming album Talk A Good Game, features lyrics that sound like they were lifted from a diary entry. Rowland sings about feeling neglected and overlooked by her former bandmate, as well as not being able to escape Beyonce's shadow.

"When my sister was onstage/killing it like a motherf*cker/I was enraged/feeling it like a motherf*cker," she sings. "Went our separate ways but I was happy that she was killing it/Bittersweet, she was up and I was down/No lie, I feel good for her but what do I do now?"

Rowland also admits to being in an abusive relationship at the end of the song. She describes how the man she was with even used Beyonce as part of his ongoing verbal use towards her. "He pulled me out and said, 'Don't nobody love you but me/Not your mama/Not your daddy and especially not Bey,'" she sings.

Releasing the shockingly confessional song could be a way to stir up interest for the new album, which is set for release next month. Rowland's  previous two singles, "Ice" and "Kisses Down Low," both tanked on the charts.

Kelly may also be getting some more exposure stateside as a future judge on The X Factor. Simon Cowell is looking for two new replacement judges next season and Kelly is reportedly at the top of his list since she's already judged on the U.K. version of the show.
