After confirming their comeback last Feb. 7, girl group Lovelyz revealed an image via their official Twitter app containing track listings of their second album "R U Ready?" The image also revealed a Feb. 26 release.
On Feb.7, Lovelyz's agency Woolim Entertainment revealed that the girl group will officially be making their comeback after 10 months with a second album. Since then, the group has been releasing individual photos of the members sporting various props with colorful backgrounds.
However, today (Feb. 21), Lovelyz has finally released an image via their official Twitter account that contained the track list for their second album titled "R U Ready?" and revealed a Feb. 26 release - not Feb. 27 as their agency Woolim Entertainment first mentioned. It has been about 10 months since they released their first album "A New Trilogy" which was in April last year, reports All Kpop.
Soompi reports that unlike their previous track "Destiny", "R U Ready?" will not be having a title track with a mature concept. The album will somehow feature innocent concept like the tracks "Hi~" and "Ah-Choo." Lovelyz has worked with the producing team One Piece (not the anime) in producing "R U Ready?"
Lovelyz's "R U Ready" will have eleven songs in total, with the song "Wow" being the title track. The album will also feature the tracks "R U Ready?", "Cameo", and "Emotion" to name a few.
In other news, Lovelyz's very own Yein might not be able to join the group in their upcoming promotions. Yein has apparently injured her ankles Monday, Feb. 20.
"Yein hurt her ankle while practicing. Although it's not a serious injury, we will be closely observing her progress to decide if she will join the upcoming promotions," said their agency Woolim Entertainment. Yein is saddened and feels bad for letting fellow Lovelyz members down.
Lovelyz's "R U Ready?" will be out this Feb. 26. Meanwhile, subscribe for KpopStarz's free newsletter for the latest Kpop news!
