White Nexus 4, Android 4.3 Update Spotted At Google I/O Conference; Release Date June 10 Via Google Play Store [VIDEO]

At Google's annual I/O conference yesterday, it was revealed that a white Nexus 4 would soon be available. The White Nexus 4 release date is, according to Android and Me, on June 10.

The White Nexus 4's hardware is identical to the black Nexus 4 that has been available from Google since last November. However, the new phone will come with an updated Android version - Android 4.3. Android and Me reported that Android 4.3 will be called either Android Jelly Bean or Key Lime Pie.

The Android 4.3 update specs haven't been confirmed, but there will reportedly have some new Bluetooth features, such as Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) support. Android 4.3 may also support OpenGL for Embedded Systems 3.0 graphics and app data synchronization, GSMArena reported.

The Nexus 4 white version was seen at Google I/O, but not introduced during the keynote address. Interestingly, Google's conference hasn't revealed much hardware, concentrating instead on new software updates like the voice-controlled Chrome, Gmail-Google Wallet emailing money, Google+ and Hangouts, and the Google Music Subscription service.

The white Nexus 4 has been seen before; this month it was spotted at a Dubai trade show, where someone took a video. Check it out below.

If the white Nexus 4 and Android 4.3 are released via the Google Play store on June 10 as expected, we'll have an answer to these rumors soon.
