Kim Kardashian was recently seen walking in California with her swollen feet bulging out of extreme stiletto heels with plastic sleeves. While the shoes may be stylish, the pain is not.

Not a novice to ridiculously painful heels, Kim Kardashian has been see doting plenty of painfully high, jaw-dropping heels, but some may want to ask the Kardashian princess, is being fashion forward really worth the pain during your last trimester of pregnancy?

The reality TV sensation posted a photo onto Instagram last week portraying the damage her shoes had done to her dainty feet.

Kim Kardashian is currently married to rap super star, Kanye West. West has been hitting headlines for his rant about his upcoming performance on Saturday Night Live for the season finale May 18th, 2013.

Kanye West warns he ""ain't doing no mother----ing 'SNL' skits," when he stepped on the stage at New York's Roseland Ballroom. But don't worry, the rant continues.

"I ain't no mother---ing celebrity. I ain't running for office. I ain't kissing nobody's mother----ing babies. I drop your baby and you sue me and sh--," he shouted. "I'm trying to make some music that inspires people to be the best they can be. I don't want nobody to ask nothing else of me. Don't ask nothing else of me. Mother----ers chasing you down, 'bout to make you crash and sh--, and all they want is one n---a to laugh and sh--," West went on about the relentless paparazzi. "Hell nah, I ain't doing no mother----ing 'SNL' skits; this my goddamn life. This ain't no mother----ing joke. That's it. Stop that sh-- right there."

Kim Kardashian is rumored to be expecting her baby in July. The couple announced they were expecting a child in December of 2012.

Kim has been with Kanye West since 2012. Kim Kardashian has been married two times prior.
