If a K-pop idol suffers an injury, it just means that he/she is working hard for the group. Take Apink's Eunji for example, she practiced so hard for their performances she suffered an injury to her back.
This happened after Apink's performance at the "K-Plus Concert in Hanoi" in Vietnam on March 25 and 26. According to Soompi, Eunji was already feeling the pain on her back during their performance at a concert.
Apink's agency Plan A Entertainment then explained in a statement that she has hurt her back while preparing for their performance in Hanoi. They also revealed that the doctors have stated that the injury was not severe.
The doctors also added that the Apink idol should just rest. The agency later added that Eunji has already received emergency treatment after the event and is already feeling better.
Eunji then immediately uploaded a photo on her Instagram account to update Apink fans. The photo showed Eunji's hand doing the "thumbs up" sign, revealing that she's already doing fine.
"I wonder if you're all worried.. I'm sorry I made you worry," captioned Eunji's photo. "I'm resting with the support of many people, so don't worry."
Eunji also thanked her fans and added that she will get better. Plan A Entertainment also stated that Eunji will still be appearing on SBS' "Law of the Jungle".
In other news, Apink's Eunji is also preparing for a solo album. The revelation was announced on March 13, as reported by All Kpop.
Plan A Entertainment is currently in the last stage of preparations for Eunji's solo gig. Unfortunately, the album is still untitled and no exact release date has been announced.
However, it is expected that details for Eunji's solo album will be released around April. Her album may also release around April or May this year.
