BIG BANG's T.O.P has successfully completed the second phase of his training at the Byukjae Training Facility and is now a bona fide policeman. This comes as welcome news to fans who have been waiting for news about T.O.P's mandatory enlistment.
According to a report by SBS Pop Asia, BIG BANG's T.O.P has completed the requirements of his training at the Nonsan Army Training Center and his subsequent police training at Byukjae to be formally deployed as a police officer at the Gangnam Station. T.O.P. will complete his mandatory service by November 2018.
It can be recalled that BIG BANG's T.O.P originally wanted to enter his military service quietly and even asked his fellow BIG BANG members G-Dragon, Daesung, Taeyang and Seungri not to see him or talk to him before he goes to Nonsan. G-Dragon was the only one who managed to sneak in a proper goodbye when he went to his hyung at the salon to get his hair shaved military style.
While he completed his training at Nonsan relatively incident free, BIG BANG's T.O.P was the only cadet in his batch who was unable to attend his training completion ceremony. Military sources assured that the K-pop idol was able to complete his training requirement but was absent because of "health reasons."
During his training at the Byukjae training center, T.O.P's sister Choi Hye Youn posted an appeal on her Instagram to ask fans to stop sending food deliveries to the facility. According to Hye Youn, food deliveries were prohibited at the facility and trainees who violate this rule get penalized, Kpopstarz reported.
Hye Youn said that BIG BANG's T.O.P. reached out to her so that she may ask the fans on his behalf to stop sending food. She said her younger brother would get in trouble if he continues to receive food deliveries but conveyed his gratitude to the fans for their love and thoughtfulness.
