After seven years, fans of Won Bin may finally see him back on the big screen. The "Autumn in My Heart" actor is reportedly in talks to star in the film "Still Life".

According to All Kpop, "Still Life" will be the Korean adaptation of a British film by the same name directed by Uberto Pasolini. According to a report by Drama Beans, the film that won Pasolini the Best Director Award at the Venice Film Festival in 2013 revolves around a civil servant who takes care of the last funeral rites of people who die alone. The drama reportedly received mixed reviews from viewers and critics but the quirky but touching story highlighted the acting prowess of lead actor Eddie Marsan.

Based on Won Bin's agency Eden 9's official statement, Won Bin was approached to star in "Still Life" but the actor is still in the process of reviewing the offer. It has also not been confirmed for which production he will be making his comeback in. Production for the film is still also busy with preparing to adopt the movie for Korean audience so it may be a while before any final announcements can be made.

"One thing for sure however is that Won Bin wants to make his comeback with a good production," Eden 9 said. He wants to pay back to the fans who've long waited for him. That is also why he is more cautious with his decision."

Fans have waited a long time for the talented actor to make his return to acting. His last role was in 2010 for the critically acclaimed "The Man From Nowhere" also known as "Ajusshi" which earned Won Bin awards like Best Actor at the 2nd KOFRA Film Awards, Most Popular Star at the 31st Blue Dragon Film Awards, Best Actor at the 8th Korean Film Awards, Popularity Award at the 47th Daejong Film Awards.

Reports of Won Bin being courted to take the lead in "Still Life" has been proliferating since 2016 and fans are hoping that Won Bin will use the film as his comeback vehicle. The fact that the actor has not turned down the role flat out like he has done with other offers actually keeps hope alive that he is strongly considering the offer.
