INFINITE's Hoya's Fans Donate To Hearing Impaired Children: INFINITE Gearing Up For May Comeback

Fans of INFINITE's Hoya have made quite a generous gesture. To celebrate Hoya's birthday, his fans donated the funds they collected to Soree.

Soree is an organization that provides hearing aids for the deaf. According to Soompi, Soree reported that fans of INFINITE's Hoya have donated $2,700, or 3 million Korean won on Hoya's birthday, March 28.

The fans' donation will now make its way into families that could never afford to provide treatment for their family's disability. The recipients of the money will also be receiving language rehabilitation therapy.

"We wanted to help those who were born with hearing disabilities. As fans of a singer, we wanted to help deaf children discover sound," said "Hear, Ho", Hoya's official fans club name. The INFINITE member's fans club has also been doing this for many years now.

In other news, INFINITE is currently gearing up for a comeback. The announcement was made on March 3 during the group's "2017 INFINITE's Infinite Gathering 3" fan meeting, reports KMusic.

During the fan meeting, INFINITE members gave their fans the time of their lives doing performances and even interacting with them. Unexpectedly for the fans, a video was presented for them.

In the black and white video shown, INFINITE members were projected one by one, teasing the fans. The video ended with the text "2017 May", leaving the fans speechless.

It will then be 8 months since INFINITE released an album. On Sept. 19, 2016, the group released their 6th mini album titled "Infinite Only".

"Infinite Only" contained 7 tracks in total, including "Eternity", "Air", "One Day", "True Love", "Thank You", and "Zero". The track 2nd track "The Eye" is the album's carrier single. The music video for INFINITE's "The Eye" was also released on Sept. 19.

IFINITE debuted 7 years ago in 2010. The group is currently under the management of Woollim Entertainment.
