Female K-Pop Idols To Storm April Music Charts

There is no doubt that K-pop had its slow down during the last month. However, recent reports suggest that it's on for a glorious comeback as there will be a multitude of new releases this month. Interestingly, it's going to be all about girl power.

According to Billboard, this month will see the domination of three of the hottest young female vocalists of the K-pop industry. The very first sign that girl power is upon everyone is the recent release of Girls' Generation's Taeyeon's new recording last April 5. The recording is titled as "February's My Voice".

It proved to be a big success as it had hit the no. 2 spot in the World Albums chart. The album also features the hit ballad of the young singer, "11:11", as well as three new songs which all showed the vocal prowess of Taeyeon.

One of the most notable singles in the newly released album is "Make Me Love You". The music video of Taeyeon's single, "Make Me Love You" also showed the singer as the bringer of spring as she is romantically accompanied by soft rain and blooming flowers.

Meanwhile, there's IU who will release her comeback album entitled, "Palette". Reports claim that the album will be released this coming April 21. She has also had her own slice of success as she got the no. 16 spot in the World Digital Song Sales chart, thanks to her album, "Through the Night".

This coming April 7, the lovely singer is also expected to release her newest song entitled, "Can't Love You Anymore". According to K-pop Herald, former 2NE1 member, Minzy and WINNER, are also up for their own slice of the April K-pop month as new recordings and singles are expected from them.

The return of EXID is also expected to take the K-pop industry by storm this month.
