Randy Savage's Family Go To Olive Garden To Mark Anniversary Of His Death

Randy Savage's family chose to honor his death anniversary by a meal at Olive Graden. Randy Savage died two years ago today in Florida. "Macho Man" Savage, a wrestler, died in a car crash. In order to honor his memory, his family went to Olive Garden to eat.

Randy's brother, Lanny Poffo, said his widow is having a hard time so, to remember Savage, the family went to an Olive Garden in Tampa, Florida.

Lanny Poffo told TMZ that he and his mother Judy, 86, chose Olive Garden because it was their traditional "go-to spot" for family gatherings.

"I have to be strong for my family now," Lanny told press. "I'm just glad to have had him as a brother and wanna celebrate his life as much as I can instead of continuing to mourn."

According to TMZ, Lanny said "the family shared so many happy memories" at the Olive Garden, so to celebrate his life and spirit, they went to one again.

Randy's widow is having difficulty with his death in part because she was a passenger in the car he died in. Randy Savage died in 2011 at 58 after having a heart attack and crashing the car the two were in into a tree.  Today, she hopefully got to remember his spirit in a good way at Olive Garden.
