Catherine Zeta-Jones bipolar treatment recently ended and she will return home to his husband Michael Douglas and to his two adorable sons, Dylan and Carys.

Zeta-Jones was diagnosed with Bipolar II disorder, so she decided to check into a clinic in April to monitor her condition. Zeta-Jones' bipolar disorder could cause her to have sudden high and low mood swings alongside depression.

After completing the 30-day treatment, as she finished the latest round of medical care required, Zeta-Jones is already expected to go back home today, May 21, 2013.

Douglas said that her wife is doing a good job of having the balance she needed and he is proud of her. The condition of the "Chicago" actress has not yet evolved into something worse, but Zeta-Jones still decided to take the treatment as a proactive measure.

Zeta-Jones' representative made a statement that when it comes to Zeta-Jones bipolar condition, the 43-yr-old actress has been very proactive, especially when checking into a health care facility. Catherine said that she is committed in the required regular care and treatment so she can optimally manage her health.

To treat Zeta-Jones' bipolar disorder, she first sought for medical help in 2011, iwhen she decided to check into a mental health facility located in Connecticut. During that time, her husband Michael Douglas was also not in good health, as he was battling his cancer of the throat.

When the two decided to make this public, Douglas said, "You have to know there are just so many outlets," further adding, "It is better that you get out in front of it and tell your story before it becomes gossip."

Now, the couple is doing very great, and both are excited to get on with their lives and spend the present and the future with their family -- with their two wonderful kids.
