It was recently reported by news outfit Naver that BTS' latest album "Love Yourself" will feature an individual concept that will feature the boys in individual dramas. The source from Big Hint Entertainment was cited as saying that the label was currently on the lookout for writers who will develop stories centered on the BTS members.
The source further cited that along with writers, Big Hit Entertainment is also casting for actors who will be featured in the dramas along with of Rap Monster, Jimin, Jin, J-Hope, Jungkook, Suga and V.
However, a recent report by Soompi indicated that Big Hit Entertainment has denied the claims about "Love Yourself" as well as the drama concept for the project. The source said that it is still too early to announce anything concrete about the BTS project.
"'Love Yourself' is one of our projects for this year and next year. We're still at the beginning planning stages," the Big Hit Entertainment insider said about the BTS project. "We put up a notice looking for story writers, but we haven't yet recruited anyone."
It was earlier confirmed by BTS leader Rap Monster that BTS will be getting ready for a comeback after they finish with their "Wings" Trilogy tour and their other commitments. The comeback comes as a much-anticipated project for fans of BTS after the group's recent album "Wings: You Never Walk Alone" became one of the hottest albums on the Billboard charts, surpassing the records set by One Direction, Rihanna and Miley Cyrus.
BTS also won the Top Social Artist award at the recent Billboard Music Awards which marks a milestone for the K-pop industry. BTS was the first K-pop group to win at the BBMAs in dominant fashion by earning a record-breaking 300 votes for the category.
