Justin Bieber’s Secret And Hazardous House Parties? Guests Must Sign Documents Before Entering

TMZ reports that Justin Bieber requires guests to sign documents before attending his house parties. The waiver claims that Bieber can sue guests for $5 million if they talk publicly about the party afterwards.

The Liability Waiver and Release warns guests that Bieber's parties may have "potentially hazardous" activities, and that participants could be at risk of "minor injuries to catastrophic injuries, including death," according to TMZ. Guests are informed that they should not attend the parties in Bieber's mansion in Calabasas, California unless they are medically able and properly trained, reports the Christian Post.

According to UPI, if party guests tweet or Instragram pictures of the shindigs, they can be sued for even more than $5 million.

The waiver could be a response to the public learning that Bieber's friends Lil' Twist and King Kevi allegedly serve "sizzurp" at his mansion - a mixture of codeine cough syrup, lime soda, and Jolly Ranchers, the Examiner reports. If too much is ingested, the cough-medicine-plus-alcohol concoction can be deadly.

The news comes after Bieber has suggested he may try to lay low following being booed at the Billboard Music Awards when he accepted his Milestone gong award. Bieber cryptically tweeted: "Gonna take some time."

After he was booed, Justin referred to his recent weeks in the public eye and their criticism in his acceptance speech:

"I'm 19 years old; I think I'm doing a pretty good job. And basically from my heart I really just want to say it should really be about the music, it should be about the craft that I'm making. This is not a gimmick," he said.

"I'm an artist and I should be taken seriously and all this other bull should not be spoken."
