The Song-Song Couple (Song Hye Kyo and Song Joong Ki) have been the talk of the town ever since their recent engagement announcement. Now, Song Joong Ki recently spoke about how proud he is for Song Hye Kyo's recent decision regarding work.
Song Hye Kyo was offered a modeling endorsement with Mitsubishi, a popular Japanese car brand, back in 2016. Song Joong Ki expressed his pride because of the relation the company has with his current film's, "The Battleship Island," plot.
The Japanese brand was involved in lawsuits over the alleged use of forced labor during the Japanese colonial era. Song Joong Ki stated, "I found out through the news. The first thing I thought after seeing the news was that I really wanted to applaud her. I think I would've done the same thing if I was given the offer."
