While the details surrounding the death of Son Ho Young's girlfriend still remain unclear other than that a letter of will and a container of sleeping pills were found in the abandoned vehicle registered under Son Ho Young , the family members of the woman completed police investigations and returned home.

The investigation lasted approximately two hours. The family members promptly left the scene with Son Ho Young's manager. They were visibly saddened by the sudden turn of events that had taken place.

Asked about the investigation report, the police department stated, "We cannot disclose it. The investigator is currently not here."

Earlier, Gangnam Police Department dispatched officers to a complaint about an illegal vehicle. In the abandoned vehicle, registered under Son Ho Young's name, was a corpse who was later identified as Son Ho Young's girlfriend.

Son Ho Young's management company revealed, "Son Ho Young had dated the deceased woman for about two years. He was at a loss for words by the phone call from the police."
