Gabor sells home for $11 million, fulfilling an agreement made in court this year.

The 96-year old actress, Zsa Zsa Gabor, is currently having money issues with her husband, Frederic Prinz von Anhalt. Gabor has also been struggling with serious health problems during the last few years.  She had suffered from health ailment for some time already, got paralyzed during an accident she had been into in 2002 and then in 2005 and 2007, she suffered from strokes.

Three years ago, Gabor underwent a hip replacement surgery and then after that year, she incurred an infection, forcing her to get her legs amputated. Gabor's critical health condition and financial turbulence make it harder for her and her husband to make payments on their home, thus Gabor put it on the market.

A court ruling was made this April allowing Gabor to sell home. It states that that through a delayed home sale, Gabor would be allowed to live out of their Bel-Air mansion in the next three years. The actress and her husband would receive $325,000 yearly, over the next three years from the buyer. And in case Gabor dies sooner, the deal would have to be closed.

Built in 1995, Zsa Zsa Gabor's mansion has 28 rooms and the entire property measures up to  8000 square feet. Just this week, Gabor's significantly huge abode was sold for a staggering price of $11 million. The lawyer from Los Angeles had agreed for a deferred home sale with the couple.

in spite of Gabor's age and health complications, the actress formerly stated that she is still going strong.

For her birthday party last year, Gabor still showed her sense of humor and positivity through the message on the invites, "Well it's time to come clean and tell the truth, I can't hide it any more, for the first time I'll be celebrating my real birthday candle count. Over the years I may have overlooked a year or two (or 20), but not this year. I love you and I hope to see you, but if you can't make it don't worry, I'm planning on celebrating more birthdays over the coming years."
