"Dancing With the Stars" winner, Kellie Pickler, said "my husband cried" after she won the dancing competition. Pickler admitted her husband's tears came after she won the reality dancing competition.

Kellie Pickler and her husband, country music star, Kyle Jacobs, were married in January of 2011, after Jacobs proposed to Pickler on June 15, 2010.

The newly married couple of Kellie Pickler and Kyle Jacobs had something else to celebrate when Kellie Pickler won the 16th season of Dancing With the Stars on Tuesday.

After her Dancing With the Stars win, Kellie Pickler spoke with US Weekly about what it meant, saying "I'm overwhelmed with joy," before adding ""I'm kind of speechless for the first time! Usually I can't be quiet! Usually I'm just spitting out words left and right, and now I don't know what to say."

The now-mum DWTS winner, Kellie Pickler, beat out three other contestants to win the 16th competition beating out a record three other contestants in the finals, including Disney star Dendaya, Baltimore Ravens wide receiver, Jacoby Jones and Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman.

But perhaps it was something else Kellie Pickler revealed after her DWTS victory that might shock country music fans and "Dancing With the Stars" fans alike. Her normally tight-lipped country music husband, Kyle Jacobs, actually broke down and cried after Pickler's big moment.

Said Kellie Pickler about Kyle Jacobs crying "I was like, 'Baby, were you crying?' And he was like, 'Oh, I had something in my eye. I got some confetti in my eye . . . ' He was so proud." Even with tears in his eyes, Kyle Jacobs found time to tell his wife and now Dancing With the Stars champion, "'Baby, I love you and I'm so proud of you. You did it.'"

But despite Kyle Jacobs' tears at his wife's DWTS victory, he was loathe to dance with his fellow musician wife, Kellie Pickler. But after Pickler's historic win, Jacobs said he'd have to "man up" and dance with his pretty wife.

"I'll definitely have to take a dance class," the country crooner said. "We're going to take them together." Kyle Jacobs continued to extoll the virtues of his wife, Kellie Pickler, saying finally, "For a girl who has never danced, to win Dancing with the Stars is absolutely phenomenal. As her husband, I could not be more proud."

Husbands everywhere take note: Kyle Jacobs is setting a pretty high bar to reach with his union to Kellie Pickler, the new Dancing With the Stars champ.
