Park Bom Shows Love For Her Fans, Shares About The Messages That Encourage Her

Park Bom, one of the legendary queens of Kpop as what many people would call her alongside CL, Dara, and Minzy, is back! And she has got a lot of surprises prepared for beloved fans.

On July 20, 2018, Park signed an exclusive contract with D-Nation Entertainment. The original plan was to release her debut mini-album comprising of five to six songs in November in parallel with promotional activities abroad. But on October 2, 2018, it was said that the album would preferably be released around January 2019.

On February 27, 2019, Bom's label D-Nation verified her return with a new album called "Spring," which is planned to be launched on March 13 at 6 PM KST. They added that it would be her first in eight years since her previous solo track "Don't Cry" in 2011. Also, it would be her first release after 2NE1's disbandment in November 2016.

Bom's mini-album "Spring" consists of three tracks, including 'Spring,' 'My Lover,' and 'Shame.' Her title track 'Spring,' which is the same name as her album, features her fellow former 2NE1 member Sandara Park and is produced by Brave Brothers.

On April 25, D-Nation has unveiled details about Park Bom's upcoming repackaged album "re Blue Rose." The same day, the female artist publicized her first teaser image for "4:44," which is her title track for her next album.

On April 26, the second teaser video was revealed. Then on April 29, a new teaser image of Bom was shown. On April 30, another teaser video was released, and on May 1 she shared another teaser image. May 2 was the most awaited day for Blackjacks as Park's "re Blue Rose" was launched. Her title track "4:44" features MAMAMOO's Wherein.

Recently, in an interview and photo shoot for M KWAVE magazine, the solo artist gave more details about her hiatus and her decision of coming back as a singer. Bom said that she talked a lot with her family about her plans and that her break was the time she was able to grow.

Park went on, stating that there are messages that she can never forget during her hiatus like "Bom, let's keep singing."

The singer added that those are the messages that she keeps in mind the most and the ones that made her brave. She also mentioned about her fans, saying that when talking about Blackjacks, it warms her hear and Bom feels like she is going to cry. Bom continued and said that she is worried every day about crying while on stage.

At the end of the interview, Bom shared about her name's meaning: "like a sprout that grows anew, like the first time every time," so she titled her new song "Spring" that will give a meaning "a fresh start."
