MIC DROP remix which the boys performed in last 2017's MAMA is probably one of the most revisited MAMA performance ever. Not only it was raw, but it was the year when BTS just performed in American Music Awards with their hit song, DNA.
Now that this year's annual BTS Festa is approaching, BIGHIT decided to drop the practice video of the group's performance piece from MAMA.
The video started with the main dancer, Jhope grooving on point with the beat. Soon, the rest of the group started dancing along with the music. The dance-breaks in between verses are probably one of the strongest pull within the performance. The choreography itself was so tight that the team didn't even hesitate to add more flavor and twist within the piece proving how BTS always come to slay. These boys don't play, huh.
MIC Drop is a track in which the boys had a collaboration with Steve Aoki and Desiinger for the remix.
Focusing on your bias is probably the toughest thing for a fan since your eyes can't help but get distracted by other member's sweet charms. That's one reason why it was never advisable to have one bias within the group.
As usual, there's no denying of BTS's ability to compel people's attention with their synchronized moves. Every flicker of their body, every snap they make makes you want to follow their every step. Some fane even gets to the point where they had to play the video seven times to give equal attention to each member.
Releasing of practice videos had been part of fanservice that the idols have. Their company was kind enough to show the fans the process of perfecting the choreography and even though it was a practice video, fans know how much effort these idols had to exert to deliver a smooth performance.
BTS is known to have a tight choreography with its members openly discussing how harder it gets every comeback. Seeing how the boys always put equal efforts regardless if it is a dance practice or if it was a real thing makes them even more admirable. Of course, a lot of groups put so much effort into their craft too, and it's undeniable that this is one of Korea's idol culture that makes us wanna admire them even more.
It's 2019, but BigHit is releasing dance practice from almost two years ago. Imagine how much more does BigHit is hiding from us.
Regardless, let's hope they feed us even more.
