Hyosung Is Set To Make A Comeback This 2019

Jun Hyosung is preparing for her upcoming comeback!

In response to this, her current and new agency, Tommy & Partners Entertainment, told the outlet Maeil Business, "It is true Hyosung is making preparations for her new album. However, nothing has been settled as of now concerning the aspects like the time of its release or the album's format."

This marks as the idol's first official comeback since her last album titled "Colored," which was launched in March of 2016. She is currently dealing with an ongoing lawsuit with her previous label, which started in September 2017.

In connection with this, it was also reported that Jun Hyosung and TS Entertainment have come to a settlement in court regarding the termination of her exclusive contract. The Seoul Western District Court was in favor of Hyosung and decided to remove the validity of the idol's contract with TSE, and since both parties did not raise any objections, the conclusion was confirmed on August 13.

In addition, the court stated that TSE must pay the singer approximately 130 million won (about $114,840) in pending down payments and unpaid wages.

However, TS Entertainment stated that they have plans on filing more lawsuits against Hyosung. The company released a full statement, and one part of it says, "The other claims she made including non-payment, transferring rights to a third party, failure to explain contracts beforehand, and not steadfastly fulfilling management duties were rejected and revealed not to be the truth." TSE added, "Therefore, we are aiming to carry out a separate lawsuit for Jun Hyosung to be held responsible with regards to the causes leading up to contract termination."

The idol's last appearance was when she was cast on the tvN drama entitled "Introvert Boss," wherein she played the role of an introvert person named Kim Gyori. Hyosung said in an interview that her character is the total opposite of herself since she expresses what she wants to say all of the time.

Recently, the songstress was one of the guests on the July 24 episode of the JTBC show called "Today's Fortune," also called "Good Luck." Hyosung also staged at a festival in Busan, South Korea. As of now, she is also busy promoting through YouTube.
