On Friday, August 16, America-based music producer Tommy Brown shared a photo of him with the BLACKPINK members on his official Instagram page. Under the post, Brown captioned the cutesy snap with, "New member of [BLACKPINK]. I know I'm your favorite." Jisoo then responded to him with "Welcome [emoji]."
Not long after, Grande wrote two comments under Brown's photo. The "God Is a Woman" singer said, "This is the best photo I've ever seen." She followed it up with, "Please, and I mean please, please, photoshop me in."
Instantly, the American pop star's request was granted by the producer. A cropped picture of her striking a pouty self-portrait was inserted in the middle of the original snap, making it even more adorable. Brown then wrote in his caption, "[Sorry], here's the real one."
Grande replied with, "[Thank you]. So good seeing you, guys."
Of course, the members reciprocated Grande and Brown's amicable treatment to them. Rose wrote "Gahh [heart emoji]," while Jennie said "[I miss you] guys already" before tagging Grande and the producer.
Tommy Brown produced many of Ariana Grande's songs, which include thank u, next and 7 Rings. In a recent Instagram post, Tony Fernandes, founder of AirAsia airlines and Brown's pal, revealed that Brown worked with BLACKPINK while he was in Asia.
"My man [Tommy Brown] in Malaysia after working with [BLACKPINK]. Getting to understand the ASEAN music scene. What a talent. But what I love about him is his humility. A good soul. Long may that continue and let's make some great music together," Fernandes wrote.
