Former CAMILA Member Han Choim to Make Solo Debut

Han Choim is set to debut this August with a new track entitled "ROMEO."

Han Choim's return marks as her first after four months since her group's latest digital single titled "Take Me Home" that was released on April 7 this year.

K-Pop idol Choim is the founder and CEO of C.C Entertainment. She is also the one who created the girl group CAMILA, wherein she was the leader. Choim, as the CEO, is responsible for managing, styling, and promoting the group, meaning she funds all activities for CAMILA herself. In addition, Han Choim is a well-known model for big name brands in Korea like Heelys and Sketchers, and recently, she was on the cover of Maxim Korea. Plus, she was cast on Mnet's "Love Catcher" in 2018.

The other three members that make up CAMILA are Jeong Yoobin (Yubeen), Jeong Yuna, and Han Eunbi, one of which is also a former member of LAYSHA alongside Choim. The girl group made their debut on August 29, 2018, with the digital single "Red Lips." The girls came back this year with their second and last track entitled "Take Me Home." CAMILA was able to accomplish "Take Me Home" through the funding project they opened, which gained 247% of their goal.

CAMILA is known for its concepts of sexy, charismatic, and powerful. Also, the girls are recognized for their incredible dance covers of artists like Hyuna, BLACKPINK, and Demi Lovato. The group officially disbanded on July 22 this year, with Choim uploading a picture of the group on Instagram together with the sad news of their disbandment. The members have agreed to part ways when one of its members, specifically Eunbi, wants to take a different career.

On Choim's post, she stated that all the members had the same thought of ending their journey as a group. She said, "As one of the members of the group, I respected their decision and opinion, and we have also decided on supporting each other so that we can go after our own dreams more freely." Also, Choim asks for the fans' support not as CAMILA, but as Han Cho Im, Jeong Yuna, and Jeong Yoo Bin. To conclude her post, she thanked the fans who supported them and gave them much love.

We wish all of CAMILA members an excellent success for their future endeavors.
