APINK member Hayoung has officially made her solo debut with "Don't Make Me Laugh."
The track "Don't Make Me Laugh" is written by a team of skilled artists, which include Daniel Davidsen, Caroline Aillin, and Peter Wallevik & Cutfather. As of August 21 at 11 p.m. KST, the single's MV has already hit more than 120,000 views, just five hours after its release. Fans who have viewed the music video, couldn't stop praising the idol and dropped comments such as, "Hayoung has a husky but beautiful voice," "She's a talented girl. I'm proud of you Hayoung!" "She's already a grown-up, fine lady. Congrats!" "I really like the melody of this song, and Hayoung's calm voice really matches well with it," and many others.
This debut is Hayoung's first return in eight months after her group, APINK, made a comeback on January 7 this year, 2019 with the single "Eung Eung." Also, Hayoung is the second APINK member to debut as a solo artist next to the group's main vocalist, Jung Eun Ji who released her solo mini-album titled "Dream" on April 18, 2016, with the title track "Hopefully Sky."
Oh Hayoung debuted as an Apink member on April 21, 2011, staging two of the songs included in their debut album "Seven Springs of Apink," which are "I Don't Know" and "Wishlist" on Mnet's M Countdown. Other than promoting their group, Hayoung has also been participating in many varieties and acting projects. In 2014, the artist had her first variety-show appearance on "Weekly Idol" as the MC, together with Apink co-member Bomi. In 2016, she joined the female edition of the reality program "Law of the Jungle," then in November that year, Hayoung was a cast member in the two-episode web drama called "Please Find Her."
The following years for Hayoung were filled with great and successful projects with the group and as an individual idol, until this day has finally arrived, when she can make a name for herself with her new track "Don't Make Me Laugh."
