DREAMCATCHER's Handong Wont Partake in Group's European Tour

After concluding their tours in Asia, DREAMCATCHER is now set to hold shows in Europe. Unfortunately, the group's vocalist Handong will not be participating due to the conflict of schedule.

On Friday, the agency in charge of their tour announced on Twitter that she will be sitting out the seven shows in the region.

"We regret to inform you that due to schedule conflicts, Handong will not be able to partake in #DREAMCATCHER CONCERT: Invitation from Nightmare City in Europe. We ask for your understanding and thank you for your continued support," My Music Taste wrote.

This is most probably due to the upcoming new season of Idol Producer, a reality talent show in China, with a lot of people speculating that she is the new addition to the roster of mentors in the program.

The band, sans Handong, will hold concerts in Berlin, London, Paris, Milan, Warsaw, Helsinki, and Amsterdam.

Prior to kicking off their world tour, DREAMCATCHER talked about this endeavor during the showcase of their 4th mini-album The End of Nightmare.

"I saw signs in Korean that said 'I love you DreamCatcher' and 'If you're tired, take a break.' When I see that kind of thing, they feel like they're close to us instead of far away. It makes me grateful and wants to see them," the septet shared.

Siyeon also shared that she heard a fan from South America who stated her name in full and correct pronunciation.

"When we were in South America, someone said my full name with really clear pronunciation. So I thought they were Korean and asked in Korean, 'Who is that?' I was touched by the fact that people in another country were calling me by my full name in a clear way, and I want to go to many more foreign countries," she said.

Sua added that she was touched upon seeing a fan using their logo as permanent body ink.

"There was someone who had a tattoo of our logo. It was amazing. There was someone who got a tattoo of my autograph," she narrated.

Dami then shared how they want to be closer to their international fans.

"We're starting in Jakarta on March 20 and then going to Malaysia and Singapore, and we're preparing for a Korean concert in April. We did different cover songs in South America and Europe that fit with each country. We've prepared special cover songs this time too, so you should look forward to it," the group's main rapper said.

"We're planning to do a lot of our b-sides at this concert and not just title tracks. We'll work hard and show you a good performance," Handong added.
