Jessi Hints at Comeback with Recent Instagram Photos

It seems like singer/rapper Jessi may be returning with new music soon!

In the photos, Jessi flaunts a ravishing, elegant look adorned in a dazzling one-piece, exposing her short-bob haircut. Also, she is posing atop a structure that is looking like a grandiose cathedral or castle, making the netizens question, "Is this Hogwarts?" "How did you get up there?" "How did you climb on that roof wearing that outfit?" and more.

Other fans also commented, "I am dyin' to hear your new music!" "I can't wait to see this big thang. I bet they are gonna blow us away," "I can't wait for that comeback!" and others.

If Jessi is making her solo comeback as "soon" as what the images imply, then she will be the second artist of P-Nation to release new music, following Hyuna who also gave hints about her upcoming comeback last April this year, 2019.

Jessi's last single released is titled "Down," which was launched on July 6, 2018.

The singer debuted in 2005 with a single album called "Get Up." She made her solo debut showcase, performing the album's title track of the same name on the TV show Music Bank. In 2006, Jessi was featured in the album "Testimony" of the hip-hop group UPTOWN as a replacement to the band's original vocalist Yoon Mi Rae.

In January 2009, Jessi unveiled her second single album titled "The Rebirth." Following this, the idol took a break from the music industry. She left Korea and returned to America.

After a five-year hiatus, Jessi came back as a member of a different hip-hop trio called LUCKY J, along with vocalist J-Yo and rapper J-Kyun. The group debuted in July 2014 under YMC Entertainment, with the digital single "Can You Hear Me."

Jessi then participated in the first season of the female edition of the rap competition TV show called "Unpretty Rapstar," from January to March 2015. She finished the contest in second place by audience vote. After appearing on the program, Jessi was featured in JYP's song "Who's Your Mama?"

In the following months, she appeared in various variety shows, released more singles and albums. In October 2018, her contract with YMC ended, and earlier this year she joined PSY's record label P-Nation.
