Lee Seung Gi is as talented as they come. An accomplished singer, actor, model and emcee, he's done it all. It comes as no surprise then that very soon after the release of his latest song, "Last Word," it scored scored an all-kill in the online music charts.

The single comes from the OST for the very popular historical drama Gu Family Book and was released on May 27. Soon after the release of "Last Word," it ranked in the number one position on across seven different online music charts including Melon, Bugs, and Daum Music.

Lee Seung Gi debuted nearly a decade ago as a popular young singer and right from the very beginning with "Because You're My Girl" he had a huge following for his music and personal charms. When he began acting a short while later, his popularity increased exponentially making him now one of the most sought after celebrities in South Korea.

Even now as the lead in Gu Family Book he continues to win the hearts of fans across the globe and his latest contribution to the soundtrack is a testament to his popularity and talent.

"Last Word" was written and composed by the young singer-actor alongside Dubie Sidekick and as won Lee Seung Gi additional praise for being one of the rare actors to compose his own theme song for a drama.

This, of course, is not his first time to compose. His mini album Forest, which was released in November of last year, also included self-written pieces and Lee Seung Gi was applauded for his lyrical and vocal talents at the time of its release.

Lee Seung Gi's composing partner Dubie Sidekick is a well-known and talented hit maker who has worked extensively with girl group SISTAR, having composed their hit song "Loving U" among others.

"Last Word" is a sweet pop ballad that exemplifies Lee Seung Gi's sweet singing voice as well as his vocal control and power.
