After the Powerball winning numbers were revealed on Saturday evening, three lucky winners took home the $50 million Powerball jackpot and became millionaires overnight. According to an experienced Powerball winner and millionaire, you can become a millionaire too by playing the same numbers every week.

According a Georgia couple who won $1 million from the Powerball earlier this month, it is logical and reasonable to choose the same numbers for the Powerball ticket each week, since they believed that "dumb luck" would help them win the drawing.

Lee Pietrobon, 78, and wife Pat Pietrobon, 71, said to CBS Atlanta News, "Dumb luck's gotta come somewhere down the line. Why not keep playing it?"

The Pietrobon couple shared from experience that they were able to become millionaires overnight by following their unique strategy.

The couple paid just $2 for their Powerball tickets, and they purchased their winning ticket at a local gas station and convenience store in Loganville, Georgia.

The couple was happy to be winning the prize, as they said, "Our kids will benefit from this, all the kids will. Definitely."

While the odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are only 1 in 175.2 million, individuals may very well take home the prize if they also follow the same method in selecting the same numbers over a period of time.

Winning smaller prizes may be easier, since the chances of winning those are 1 in 32.

The Powerball sells tickets nationwide, in 43 states, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The drawings for Powerball winning numbers are aired live on television on Wednesday and Saturday evenings. Players may also check the Powerball website to see the week's winning numbers.
