According to an interview with InStyle magazine, Selena Gomez's forthcoming album, "Stars Dance" will be the last album she will ever record. Gomez hopes to turn away from singing towards acting, and Selena Gomez's co-star of her next movie says that her next role will be dark and different.

At The Hangover Part III's premiere last Monday, Jamie Chung revealed that she will be appearing alongside "Come and Get It" singer, Selena Gomez, in Gomez's next big-screen project, Rudderless.

Selena Gomez, who has received much criticism for her lack of singing talent, told InStyle magazine that she wishes to strive towards recognition as an actress rather than a singer.

"Stars Dance," which includes Selena Gomez's latest hit "Come and Get It," is set to be released in July and will be Gomez's last album.

According to Jamie Chung, Selena's next role in Rudderless, which is scheduled to be released in theaters next year, will be one that is very different.

"The thing is, she's so talented, you're really going to see a different side," said Chung, praising Selena Gomez as a talented actress.

Chung also described the movie directed by William H. Macy, saying, "It's the parents' perspective of being the parents of a murderer, a mass murder like Sandy Hook."

"It's a really interesting angle on a story like that," said Chung. "It's pretty dark but it's kind of beautiful in a way."

Selena Gomez's co-star also revealed that Gomez's next movie role will be "a bit more fragile" and that it will uncover a side of her that has never been seen before.

Chung continues to praise Selena as always "lovely" and is excited for the release of the new movie.

A teaser of her newest single, "Slow Down," which will be part of her last album, "Stars Dance," had recently been leaked on YouTube, but was later taken down by the site.
