Everyone may be stuck at home to lessen exposure to COVID-19, and most have been stuck in quarantine. TikTok has become a viral social media platform for international dances such as the Renegade Dance, Say So, Supalonely, and other dance challenges created on the site. These challenges are not only limited to having choreographies, but also, you can create videos with different concepts and play along with different filters. And of course, the K-pop industry would also have their take for this TikTok craze.

Here are some TikTok Challenges done by K-pop Idols that you can try at home.

1. #CNSChallenge

Late September last year, BTS member J-hope officially released his version of "Chicken Noodle Soup" along with Becky G as his featured artist. As soon as they posted it, BTS launched their official TikTok account and their first-ever TikTok challenge, #CNSChallenge. The main dancer of the group started off the challenge and showed impressive moves, followed by the rest of the members. Their juniors, Tomorrow by Together, SF9's Taeyong, Target and Black6ix have also joined in the trend and made their videos on TikTok.

2. #AnySongChallenge

There's a dance that an insider would have done at least once, and that is Zico's recent single called "Any Song." Zico has been making headlines for his dance challenge for "Any Song" before the release of his new song. It's a dance full of swag gestures and grooves, and the stars who participated are also undeniably hot. MAMAMOO's Hwasa, Chungha, Yoo Yuseul, Jang Sung-kyu, Song Minho, AB6IX, ASTRO's Moonbin, Weki Meki's Doyeon and Yoojung, Kim Jaehwan, and CIX's Bae Jinyoung, almost everyone has done it.

Lee Hyori joined the group and heated up online with a dance challenge for "any song." Lee Hyo-ri showed an unwavering feeling and even left an impression by saying, "If you dance to any song, I'll fall in love with you again." On top of that, TikTok and Instagram users continue to do their own "any song" dance challenge, which earned it a nickname as an "insider" challenge.

3. #KickItChallenge

This challenge is a different one from the first two on the list. A day after NCT 127 dropped their second album called "Neo Zone," three girls from Chicago named Kia, Ariana, and Georjay decided to create a TikTok craze on their own. Just as Kia has said, "I heard the lyrics 'Let me introduce you to some new thangs!' and the video [idea] just popped into my head!" This challenge is a new take on the "glow up" videos for the past years and added with a dance element.

NCT 127's official Twitter liked the post that was shared on twitter made by the three girls, and they posted their own version of the challenge, which became a talk of the town from their fans. They imitate the girls as Johnny covers the lens with his hand, and they return in their embroidered bomber jackets that they wore when they performed "Kick It" live for the first time.
