On April 23, Heechul of Super Junior goes live to communicate with fans through his personal YouTube and Twitch channels after he slammed a reporter on SNS, which instantly caused a stir and made headlines.

When the artist went live, titled "Today Is The Last Day ...," viewers and supporters responded with fear for the first time, raising several questions in the comments section, demanding clarification.

Heechul stated that he wished this would be the last day through his specific live stream, "Anyone targets my acquaintances for malicious reasons or financial benefit, whether they are individuals with an ounce of integrity." He continued, "This should be the last day I'm thinking about this issue from yesterday."

After his raging SNS statement and his "DC Gallery" message, Heechul then carried on calmly and expressed his opinions to fans, where he requested supporters not to get embroiled in any more pointless arguments but to support him collect evidence and make preparations for legal proceedings.

He said, "During the live stream, I just spoke frankly and honestly about almost everything. But then the XXX left a message like that on SNS. What got me furious was, 'What precisely did I mention on the live stream that caused him to feel so compelled to go out of his way and produce such a provocative message, stirring everything up to such proportions.' In my reply, I also cursed him because I was furious that day."

The singer added, "Yet the entire conversation did go the opposite way, of course. This was to be anticipated but, more on the sinister side, it was an upswelling of replies. That spot, anyway, is a den of such breeds."

He went on, "I am apologizing to my fans. My fans and followers are speaking up on my behalf simply because they are my supporters, and they ended up battling scum. But how do you fend off a scum? It is nothing but scum."

Heechul also spoke about the disrespectful remarks, saying that he must put them down once and for all.

He began, "If you've reported malicious remarks, there's the opportunity to criminally prosecute or charge them. You should forward it for a more serious criminal prosecution until they're charged and convicted. But there still is not a set of standards for offensive comments. Whatever that could be. Somebody could just go, 'I don't like Kim Heechul.' So if I say I feel emotionally hurt by it, then it's a criminal offense. Of course, I do not report these foolish things."

The Super Junior member added, "Especially when there is a particularly offensive post from the web, if the giant vermin poops down there, then all other little vermin poops down in line, too. And the person who posted the initial post will face criminal charges immediately. So if you people can support those articles by taking PDF photos and place them in the gallery ... Even if I can't go through every single one, I will start monitoring and reporting as many of them as I can since I do not have to lose anything."

The idol shared that all he needs to do is compile and submit documents to the cybercrime unit, adding that the system is doing it right these days.

"It won't be easy, but I'll do it. At least, I should be doing my duty to clean up. Seriously, who cares about how many fines they'll have to pay. I'll just be rounding them up in the police precinct. Why will I care? I have nothing to lose on my end. They are the ones who would like to set and strike numbers. I wondered if they will stand together in front of authorities, in front of their families, and be so mighty," he said.

"All in all, I am not going to discuss this subject for a while after this stream. I'll see this secretly behind the scenes, in front of those 'scum.' I am not apologizing to the malicious commenters. You claim you have statistical power, so show me your power at the police headquarters," Heechul concluded.
