Your quarantine anthem has arrived!
If you're looking for a song to fill you with hope, comfort, and some kind of desire to run around a scenic desert with your best friend, look no further than the latest release from James Lee!
On May 1, James released the music video for "Alright," a collaboration with his long-time friend and K-pop queen Amber Liu.
"I wrote this track for this moment. In this crazy time of panic and hysteria, this song is a break from it all," said James.
The track was first released on February 21, 2020, long before many of us officially settled into self-quarantine and social distancing. When you listen to James Lee's soulful falsetto to serenade you with, "It's gon' be alright!," you really do feel like you'll be alright.
James has been independently releasing singles every month since the beginning of 2020. Even through these difficult times, James is letting his passion for his music and his fans shine - and we'll continue to support him through it all.
Listen to "Alright" below! We promise you, the track is more than just ~alright~.
