Following Dispatch's news about WINNER's Song Mino that he was spotted putting on an improvised live music performance at a club in Gangwon-do's Yangyanggun, a YG Entertainment spokesperson released an official statement.

On May 12, the agency spokesperson stated, "We have learned that Song Mino recently went on a trip as a private outing with several of his friends. We wish to apologize profusely for creating confusion for several people. In the context of this previous event, we personally guarantee to become even more mindful and start taking more precautions to make sure that our musicians follow appropriate directives for social distancing and personal preventive actions."

It was on the same day when Dispatch broke the news that on May 3, Song performed unscheduled at a dance club in Yangyang County, about 162 km (100 miles) north-east of Seoul. The report added that the rapper didn't even wear a mask, as did the majority of his audience members.

The reckless action of the K-pop star fueled public rage, as it correlated with COVID-19's newest outbreaks located in central Seoul.

A 29-year-old man managed to make an unprecedented free-wheeling ride on May 1 through several gay clubs and nightclubs in Itaewon, well-regarded as the greatest-known party scene for the gay community.

The number of Itaewon-related infections increased to 102 as of Tuesday. Infections have been recorded in various locations and occupations, threatening to diminish government attempts to encourage more social and economic activity than it was before and to restore educational institutions.

Park Gyuri was seen from one of the clubs that also had a reported coronavirus carrier, per a source speaking to Wikitree.

"Throughout the advised period of social distancing, Park Gyuri went to visit an Itaewon club. She was there the same day as Yongin 's patient."

Park Gyuri seemed to be dancing to some of the KARA tracks, which was playing in the video captured and provided to Wikitree by the informant. She hadn't worn a mask in the footage. The government was scheduled to lift the social distancing ban on May 5 at the period of her visit.

Her company, Creative Flower, is presently trying to check the report's details.

Park Gyuri made a donation of 10,000 masks to Daegu's Dongsan Medical Center to help the situation at the peak of the coronavirus disease outbreak in South Korea.

After a week of rather small local spread of coronavirus ranging from 0-3 local cases per day, 85 new reported cases of coronavirus linked to Itaewon clubs have been identified. The case spread throughout the country, touching even Busan and Jeju Island.
