Lady Gaga Shares Sweet Reason Why She Collaborated With BLACKPINK and Ariana Grande

Lady Gaga's upcoming album "Chromatica" is just days away from now, and we're on the edge of our seats as this comeback includes BLACKPINK!

It instantly became one of the biggest buzzes when Lady Gaga's next album revealed to feature the K-pop superstars, BLACKPINK, and other big names in the international music industry, Ariana Grande, Elton John, and many more.

Upon the announcement, BLINKs couldn't help but be in awe, knowing that the "Queen of Pop" collaborated with young and talented artists, BLACKPINK and Ariana Grande. Some would say that due to their stardom, these girls were probably chosen by the senior musician.

However, in her most recent interview, Lady Gaga shared her reason why Lisa, Rosé, Jisoo, Jennie, and Ariana Grande were picked among thousands of female artists.

Sporting her pink-dyed hair, Lady Gaga never fails to excite her fans with her flamboyance and extravagance. She talked about her forthcoming "Chromatica" in the interview, and she was asked about her collaboration with these young female talents.

She said, "Absolutely." The pop singer believes that there is a sense of passion in her to guide younger artists because no female artist had guided her when she was about their age. Lady Gaga added that she simply wants to be there for them.

Zane Lowe, the interviewer, even recognizes the fame that BLACKPINK is experiencing by saying, "You brought BLACKPINK into the equation who are obviously one of the most exciting groups to emerge on the world scene in a very long time."

He added, "It must be kind of the closure to recognize what you didn't receive in kind that you can share and you can show to others. I guess my question is, are you keeping an eye on the BLACKPINKs and the artists of this world because of what you've been through?"

Lady Gaga then sweetly responded, "100. I love Billie Eilish. I love these younger artists. I'm there for you. I love you. I'm not in competition with anyone. I want everyone to win. I'm supportive, like, I want to support and love."

These words and recognition coming from international personalities give fans a confirmation that the kind of success BLACKPINK has accomplished is superb and worldwide. Viewers who saw the conversation praised Lady Gaga and said she was really sweet.

"The fact that the LADY GAGA wants to help and guide BLACKPINK just makes me speechless," said one netizen on a tweet.

Others were also thankful for this fantastic opportunity that doesn't usually knock on one's door.

"Whatever the line distribution is, I'll always be thankful for the collab. It's a great promotion and opportunity to our girls and we'll never know when we'll get another BP music after sour candy so.... (broken heart emoji)," replied one fan.

BLINKs are counting down the days of the official release of Lady Gaga's "Chromatica," set for release on May 29. Earlier, fans weren't actually expecting that the collab will come sooner than expected.

Aside from Ariana Grande and BLACKPINK, legendary singer Elton John is also featured in "Chromatica." BLACKPINK is featured in the track "SOUR CANDY."

Meanwhile, YG Entertainment also released an update regarding the much-anticipated BLACKPINK comeback.
