According to the 2019 report by the Financial Supervisory Service, three aspects were reviewed to know how these giant agencies pay their employees. The three aspects are operating profit, sales revenue, and the average salary. It is known that Big Hit Entertainment has skyrocketed its ranking to the peak for being the handler of BTS.
SALES REVENUE
According to the sales revenue report, SM Entertainment has the largest revenue, thus dominating the league. It earned ₩605 billion, which is roughly equivalent to $502.5 million.
Below the list is TWICE's label, JYP Entertainment, with ₩125 billion that is equivalent to $103.8 million.
