Supermodel Kate Upton is furious! After a Victoria’s Secret’s booker publicly declared, “We would never use Kate,” the brand used old images of Kate without her permission, reports the New York Post.

Sophia Neophitou of Victoria’s Secret, spoke to the New York Times last year about the 20-year-old Upton. She also said that Kate is “like a footballer’s wife, with the too-blond hair and that kind of face that anyone with enough money can go out and buy.”

According to a source who spoke to the New York Post, Kate is unhappy that Victoria’s Secret never gave her notice that they were using old pictures of her.

The source said, “The pictures are from 2011.”

“”Kate’s not currently contracted to work with Victoria’s Secret, and they didn’t contact her before they used these images.

The images of Kate Upton can be found in a new catalog of the lingerie company.

The model rose to fame after landing the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue in 2012, and according to MailOnline, Kate has since become a darling of the fashion world.

In less than two years, she has appeared on three Vogue covers, was the face of the inaugural issue of CR fashion book, and posed in photo shoots for V Magazine, Lady Gaga pal Terry Richardson, and Harper’s Bazaar.

She also attended the Met Gala and modeled in campaigns for Sam Edelman and Mercedes Benz, reports MailOnline.
