Kelly Rowland Cries Over 'Dirty Laundry' With Beyonce, But Reunites Destiny's Child With New Single

Kelly Rowland cries, but they're tears of both joy and of pain.

With new song "Dirty Laundry" off of upcoming album "Talk a Good Game," the former Destiny's Child singer broke down on stage in Washington, D.C. on Sunday as she sang lyrics alluding to tensions with Beyonce.

"He pulled me out, he said, 'Don't nobody love you but me / Not your mama, not your daddy and especially not Bey' / He turned me against my sister / I missed ya."

The 32-year-old finished the song and proceeded to bend over, placing her head in her lap to compose herself, reported The Huffington Post.

"While my sister was on stage, killing it like a motherf--ker / I was enraged, feeling it like a motherf--ker / Bird in a cage, you would never know what I was dealing with / Went our separate ways, but I was happy she was killing it / Bittersweet, she was up, I was down."

"Doing this song for me was so therapeutic," said the singer to the audience before her rendition on Sunday.

According to a recent radio interview with a Washington Radio station, Rowland played the song for the "Queen Bey" and third Destiny's Child member Michelle Williams prior to its mass release.

"[She] was just like, 'I never left," said the singer regarding Beyonce's reaction to the song.

"Which was so sweet. It was endearing. She heard how real I was and she was just like, 'I'm so proud of you'."

And not all is sour for the "Independent Woman," who recently landed a judging gig for the upcoming U.S. season of "The X Factor."

In addition, following Destiny's Child's brief reunion during the Super Bowl, Rowland's next single, "You've Changed," will feature Beyonce, Michelle Williams, and herself.

But not necessarily as Destiny's Child.

"It's not a Destiny's Child track," said the singer to Billboard.

"It's me featuring Beyonce and Michelle."

"Talk a Good Game" is set to release on June 18.
