Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini specs have been leaked before Samsung's official reveal of the new smartphone, expected at the company's June 20 event in London.

The latest leak of the S4 Mini Specs is the most detailed one yet, and was revealed by German blog All About Samsung.

The leaked photograph of AnTuTu's benchmark logs of the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini info screen, with model number I9195, shows all the smartphone's specs.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 mini reportedly has a Super AMOLED screen with 540 x 960p qHD resolution and 240 ppi.

It runs Android 4.2.2 on a Snapdragon 400 chip with dual-core Krait 200 at 1.7GHz processor, 1.5GB RAM and Adreno 305. These specs are the same as the Galaxy Mega 6.3's chipset.

The Galaxy S4 Mini has 5GB or internal storage, adding up to 8GB total.

AnTuTu also showed two cameras: the 8MP main camera and 2.1MP front-facing camera.

GSMArena reported that four versions of the S4 mini are expected in addition to the I9195 LTE-friendly model above - a I9150 model with Exynos 5 chipset, a I9192 dual-SIM model, and the I9198 model aimed at the Chinese market.

Samsung is expected to officially reveal the Galaxy S4 Mini on June 20. In addition to the S4 mini, Samsung is also expected to reveal a larger handset at the event.
