It has been reported that Shinhwa distributed bonus paychecks to all 60 employees under Shinhwa Company. Prior to the announcement of the weekly winner on 'Show! Music Core' Eric declared that he will give a special bonus to all staff members at Shinhwa Company if they were to take home the trophy. Sure enough, they won, taking the first number one spot on a major music show since 2006 when they won with "Once in a Lifetime."

Usually, bonuses for staff members in entertainment business come in the form of extravagant team dinners. But receiving an actual paycheck, all the staff members were reportedly shocked in pleasant surprise. Notably, the entire staff received an equal amount of paycheck regardless of their positions.

In the act is Shinhwa's belief in appreciating each part of the entire team equally. The exact amount of bonus has not been disclosed, but the total sum of all the paychecks were said to be several hundreds of thousands of dollars.
