It is only half of September, but fans and netizens can't help but feel the excitement as these following K-pop groups are set to release their comeback next month!
As of now, more than ten K-pop groups already confirmed their comebacks, and some announcements really shocked the netizens and fans for they are coming back after long hiatuses!
Girl groups who are set to showcase another outstanding performance are BLACKPINK, TWICE, LABOUM, and LOONA, while in boy groups, B1A4, Pentagon, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, Golden Child, CIX, and Wei are also scheduled to come back this October.
Starting from BLACKPINK, the group will release its first full-length album "THE ALBUM" on October 2. This is following their successful hit "How You Like That," and "Ice Cream" in collaboration with Selena Gomez.
Furthermore, TWICE, which is considered as one of the two biggest K-pop girl groups along with BLACKPINK, is also preparing to make a comeback in October. "It is true that TWICE is preparing a new album, but the detailed schedule has not been confirmed," JYP Entertainment, the agency, told Newsen. Attention is focusing on what unique charm TWICE will attract music fans after four months since "MORE & MORE" on June 1.
Other K-pop idols including those who have decided to make a comeback after three years are also set to put fire in the music scene! B1A4 is preparing a new album with the aim of releasing it at the end of October. According to WM Entertainment, the group already finished their MV shooting.
Pentagon, which ranked third in the final round of "Road to Kingdom", also confirmed their comeback this upcoming October. According to cube Entertainment, "Pentagon has confirmed its comeback in October and is now in full swing in preparation for the end of the album." This will be their return after eight months.
Moreover, Golden Child who also gained immense popularity after "Road to Kingdom" announced their comeback on October 7 through their recent online concert. Big Hit Entertainment confirmed TXT comeback as well.
Lim Chang Jung, who has confirmed her solo comeback after a long time, Soyeon from T-ara, CL from 2NE1, and Song Minho, a member of WINNER, will also release their new songs in October.
Lim Chang Jung, who is known to be a ballad powerhouse with numerous hits including his Perfect All-Kill song, "The Love I Committed," is set to drop his 16th full-length album on October 19.
Soyeon, the main vocalist of T-ara will also have her comeback as a singer and will debut as a solo artist this October.

Meanwhile, CL and WINNER's Mino will drop a variety of singles plus albums and a second-full length album release this October, respectively. CL recently dropped a teaser saying, "I go by the name of you already know," gaining much anticipation from fans and netizens. As for Mino who is known to well-received and hit songs, it is worth anticipating the quality of the tracks which are as good as the title track.
