On the 7th October 2020, AOMG posted a teaser image hinting at Loco's comeback with the caption 'Loco, SOME TIME 2020' through its official SNS account.
In the released image, LOCO can be seen covering his eyes a little as if protecting himself from the light which he is seeing after a long time. This may convey the sense of his return from the military and back into stardom.
Loco is an extremely popular rapper, singer and songwriter, signed to AOMG, the label founded by Jay Park. He works closely with the AOMG artists, especially with GRAY, SIMON DOMINIC and JAY PARK himself.
Loco was the winner of the first season of 'Show Me The Money', the mega-hit hip hop survival reality show in 2012. After he won Show me the Money, he joined a crew, named VV:D (which includes members: Crush, Zion.T, Elo, and GRAY).
He has collaborated with many Korean artists, including CRUSH, HWASA, PUNCH etc. During high school, Loco created a group called "Satgotbong" and he still creates music with them. Such songs include 'OPPA' and 'PARTY BAND'. He's looked upon as a role model by thousands of young people who want to be like him.
The phrase 'LOCO, SOME TIME' is also included in the image in red across black and white but the estimated date of release has not been ascertained.
Despite the fact that no other information other than the title 'SOME TIME' has been disclosed, fans are overwhelmed at this news and are expressing their warm welcome to LOCO as he's making his comeback after a very long hiatus due to military activities.
Loco enlisted on the same day as the release of EP "HELLO" in February 2019 and was discharged on the 12th of last month. Additional details about this debut are sure to pop up on AOMG's SNS channels soon so stay tuned for more updates!
