Along with the photo, Choi said, "I don't want to look down at the ground. Let's talk when I visit," he said, expressing his affection towards Sulli. Also, a year after the death of Sulli, his friend actress Kim Sun Ah left a message saying how she missed her closest friend.

The actress posted a lengthy message on her Instagram account, and also shared sets of photos of Sulli's grave when she visited her.

"I've never forgotten a single moment or a day," she said. "I missed you so much that I had a lot to talk about, I wanted to tell you some funny stories, but I'm sorry I just cried."

Here's her Kim Sun Ah's full message to Sulli:

I couldn't sleep at the thought of coming to see you.

I've never forgotten a single day. I missed you so much that I had a lot to talk about. I wanted to tell you something funny. I'm sorry that I just cried. But you can't help but know that I love you so much! I miss you so much and long for you. Don't be lonely because your daughter, Blin, is doing very well, and if I get married, I'll hold my husband's hand, and even if I have children, I'll hold their hands, and we will come to see you for the rest of our life. Hi, my soul mate. I love you."

Blin, short for Goblin, is the most treasured cat of Sulli when she's still alive. Super Junior Heechul, who is a close friend of the late idol, looked after her for a short time, until she was adopted by Kim Sun Ah.

He let him have him for a short time due to her emotions coming back related to Sulli when she's seeing Blin, but later on, takes her again from the busy idol.
